Brake Fluid
Brake Fluid (H3)
High-performance fluids formulated to meet international standards for braking systems. They provide excellent resistance to vapor lock, corrosion, and oxidation, ensuring safe and consistent braking performance. Suitable for both light and heavy-duty vehicles under all operating conditions
Types: (H4)
- DOT 3: (Glycol-based)
Key Features: (H4)
- Suitable for most standard vehicles and daily driving.
- Absorbs moisture, which lowers its boiling point over time.
- Has a lower boiling point compared to DOT 4 and 5.1.
DOT 4: Glycol-based
Key Features: (H4)
- Higher boiling point than DOT 3, suitable for heavy braking
- Absorbs moisture, like DOT 3, and needs to be changed periodically.
- Commonly used in modern vehicles with ABS.
DOT 5: Silicone-based
Key Features: (H4)
- Does not absorb moisture, maintaining a stable boiling point.
- Not compatible with glycol-based fluids (DOT 3, 4, 5.1) and typically not recommended for ABS systems.
- Used in some vintage or performance vehicles.
DOT 5.1: Glycol-based
Key Features: (H4)
- Highest boiling point among the common types and is glycol-based, making it compatible with DOT 3 and 4 systems.
- Superior performance under extreme conditions and is ideal for vehicles with advanced ABS and traction control systems
